Ocean Star Express have a daily departure from Padang Bai to Lombok and the Gili Islands,  prices for one way US$37, return $68.  Also two departures from Sanur to Nusa Lembongan, one way US$16. Ocean Star Express is currently operating under new management. They have a new boat operating from Bali to Lombok and the Gili Islands and have daily crossings from Sanur to Nusa Lembongan.  This Indonesian owned and managed company is based in Bali. The boats have similar facilites and safety equipment, the main difference being the size and number of seats. Generally the larger boat covers the crossing from Bali to Gili, although they will use the boat that best suits the number of passengers.  Usually the smaller boat covers the shorter crossing to Lembongan. This means that you never really know which boat you will travel on until you are boarding. Each day they have a morning departure at 09:30 from Padang Bai to Lombok, Gili Air and Gili Trawangan.  The return departs from Gili Trawangan at 11:30 arriving  They also have an early morning fast boat departures from Lembongan  to Sanur.back in Padang Bai at 13:00.
