All rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah, including sea-transportation insurance and return transfers to/from your destination in Kuta, Seminyak, Ubud, Nusa Dua area. Please be ready for pick-up at the designated pick-up time. Travel time to Sanur beach ranges from 10 – 30 minutes depending on the traffic and distance.
Term and Conditions
Fast Boat Delays and/or Cancellation of Service :
  • Bali Brio Cruise and Travel is part of fast boat aliance. Travel services may be rendered by its partners of the aliance, and Bali Brio Cruise and Travel reserves the right to delay and/or to cancel the fast boat service without any liabilities to the passenger.
  • Bali Brio Cruise shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury which may arise in the event of delay and/or cancellation of the service.
  • Bali Brio Cruise shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation, or for any alternative means of travel which may arise through delays and/or cancellations of boat service. Additional expenses so arising shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the passenger.
Re-scheduled Trip:
Re-schedule of your travel itinerary is based on seats availability and subject to confirmation by Bali Brio Cruise and Travel. All re-scheduling request should be made 2-days prior to guest departure for regular season, and 7-days prior to guest departure for high season (May – August).

Connecting Flights:
Bali Brio Cruise and Travel operates as point-to-point fast boat service and travel related company,  and it does not take responsibility for delays or connecting flight.

Luggage Allowance:
  • Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces luggage carried free of charge, not exceeding a total weight of 10kgs.
  • Bali Brio Cruise reserves the right to check contents of any baggage, and to refuse loading an objectionable item(s).
  • Bali Brio Cruise accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during loading and unloading and/or transit.
Refund:
  • In the event of a trip cancellation due to force major, Bali Brio Cruise and Travel shall refund any portion of unused payment paid by the passengers, or any funds already paid by an agent on the passenger’s behalf to Bali Brio Cruise and Travel.
  • The passenger is responsible for collecting any funds paid to agents which have not yet been paid to Bali Brio Cruise and Travel.
In the event of a ticket or booking being cancelled by the passenger, the company reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as follows: Cancellation more than 2 weeks of travel : full refund.Cancellation less than 2 weeks but more than 48 hours from date of travel: 50% refund.Cancellation less than 24 hours of travel: no refund.

Blue Water Express

You will receive your e-ticket for the fast boat from Bali to the Gili Islands immediately. Blue Water Express operates 1 or 2 daily return services by fast boat to Gili Trawangan and Lombok. Starting from May 2014, they will also be stopping in Gili Air. This fast boat to Gili service operates from Padang Bai (Bali). Free hotel pickup service is included to limited areas only: Central UbudCandi Dasa and Padang Bai. See below for all other hotel transfers and prices. These are based on the cost of a car with max 4 pax. Pickups will be at approx 08:00 from Kuta and Seminyak areas and the fee is payable on the day you travel. If you´re staying in the Ubud or Candi Dasai areas then the pickup will be between 08:30-09:00. Other areas may require an earlier pickup.

The BlueWater Express III was launched in March 2009. This vessel  has been designed specifically to handle the waters between Bali and Lombok. The boat is due to be replaced in July 2014 with the latest addition to the fleet, the 65 capacity state-of-the-art Blue Water Express VII. BWEX III will then become the reserve vessel on this route during high season.

NOTE: this service also has two different ticket prices, one for Serangan tickets and one for Padang Bai tickets. The boat originates in Serangan Harbor (Bali) and sails via Padang Bai (Bali) to Lombok, Gili Trawangan and from May 2014 the route will be exended to include Gili Air. Blue Water Express operate 1 or 2 daily speed boats to Gili Trawangan depending on the season. The boats also stop in Lombok (Teluk Kodek) and Gili Air, both just 10 minutes away from Gili Trawangan. Speed boat to Gili Trawangan
Blue Water Express operates 1 or 2 daily return speed boat services from Bali to Gilli and to Lombok dependant on the season. They operate 2 boats, Blue Water Express III and Blue Water Express V. In low season their new boat Blue Water Express 7 departs from Serangan harbour in South West Bali at 08:00. This boat then stops briefly in Padang Bai to pick up passengers coming from Central and east Bali, before continuing to Lombok and the Gili Islands. NOTE: this service has two different ticket prices, one for Serangan and one for Padang Bai. In high season the early speed boat to Gili leaves from Serangan Harbour(Bali) at 08:00 and travels directly to Lombok and the Gili Islands. Hotel transfers are included in the price for the following areas: Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Sanur, Denpasar, Airport, Umulas, Canggu, Kerobokan, Petintenget, Tanjung Benoa, Jimbaran and Nusa Dua. Hotel pick up time is approximately 1 - 1 1/2 hours before departure time. For pick-up outside the aforementioned free areas, payment of the transfer can be made on the day of travel. The costs of these pick-ups for the Serangan departure are per car based on max 4 pax per car:

Boat to Gili Trawangan
Gili Cat are currently offering discounted tickets during November and December 2013. Gili Cat make daily departures from Padang Bai by fast boat to Gili Trawangan. Ticket prices to Lombok are the same as to Gili Trawangan and all boats to Gili Trawangan stop in Lombok (In Teluk Nara - 10 mins from Gili Trawangan) to pick up and drop off passengers. Estimated time at sea is 90 minutes from Padang Bai harbour, contingent upon weather conditions. Prices include a free pick up/ drop from the following areas: Kerobokan, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Tuban, Jimbaran and Nusa Dua at 6:30 - 07:00; Sanur andCentral Ubud at 07:00-07:30. Drive time is approx 1 - 1 1/2 hours to Padang Bai from Kuta area. Please note there will be an additional charge for pick up / drop off outside these areas. This is charged per car for up to 4 people, and payment can be made on the day you travel. For Candidasa the cost is 200,000rps (US$ 17), for Uluwatu and Balangan 250,000rps (US$23), for Tanah Lot and Tabanan 400,000rps (US$40) and for Tulamben and Amed 450,000rps (US$46). Outside of Ubud Central, in the surrounding areas around Ubud, the following surcharges apply: Safari Lodge, Bagus Jati and Rice Terrace Tegallalang is 410,000rps ($34), while Natura Resort and Tanah Merah cost 250,000rps ($21). Note that other places in Ubud area outside of the centre are also subject to pickup charges which will be quoted upon booking. Bali to Lombok fast boat
Gili Getaway fast boat departs daily from Serangan Harbour, which is situated 30 minutes from Kuta. Gili Getaway provides free A/C pick-up and return to your hotel or villa in Bali from Kerobokan, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Tuban, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Denpasar, Sanur, and direct to the Airport.Alsoparts of Canggu (but only as far as the Canggu Club). Pick up/drop off in Uluwatu, Bukit, Padang Padang will cost 200,000rp per car for up to 4 pax, for Ubud, Candidasa, Tanah lot, Padang Bai 250,000rp, and for Lovina or and any areas in North Bali 400,000rps. All extra costs for pick up are payable directly to Gili Getaway on the day you travel. The estimated pick-up times for departure to Bali to Lombok and Bali to Gili will be between 07.30 - 08.00am, although depending on your location, pick-up times may vary. You will be contacted prior to departure to confirm your exact pick-up time. Arrival back in Bali will be at around 14:30 plus the transfer by road to your hotel. If you´re arranging your own transport to the harbour then check-in time is half an hour before departure time.

Note: The Getaway II from Bali to Gili will sail non-stop to Gili Trawangan. The direct route comboned with state of the art vessel design make it the fastest boat from South Bali (Serangan). Depending on the passengers' final destination the boat may then stop briefly on Gili Air before continuing to Lombokand then returning to Gili Trawangan, before heading back to Bali. The cost of the trip from Bali is the same whether you are travelling to Gili Trawangan, Gili Air or Lombok. For passengers wishing to go to Gili Meno they can disembark in Gili Trawangan and then transfer to Gili Meno on a smaller locally operated boat. This will take approx 10 minutes and the cost of the boat is 250,000rps. This can easily be arranged on arrival in Gili Trawangan at the harbour for immediate departure. Your e-tickets contain the contact information of the the fast boat you have booked and you will receive a reconfirmation email prior to travel.

This 40 seater, four 250hp engined vessel has taken over the main route operated by the company and now sails daily from Serangan in Bali to Lombok and the GIli Islands. Gili Gili Fast Boat

Gili Gili is a fast boat operator that offers a daily departure from Serangan and Padang Bai on Bali, to Lombok and the Gili Islands. Departure from Serangan is at 08:30, heading directly to Teluk Nare on Lombok (arrival at 11.00), then Gili Air (11.15) and Gili Trawangan (11.30) before returning to Bali. From Padang Bai the boat departs at 10.00, arriving at Teluk Nare at 11.15, Gili Air at 11.30 and Gili Trawangan at 11.45, followed by a return trip to Bali. Serangan is located in south Bali, close to Kuta and Seminyak. Travel time from Serangan to the Gilis is approximately 2 and a half hours. Padang Bai lies on the south eastern shore of Bali, closer to central Bali locations such as Ubud. The travel time by sea from there to the Gilis is somewhat shorter, approximately 1 1/2 hours. Gili Gili fast boat provides air conditioned free pick-up and return to your hotel or villa in Bali from Sanur, Kuta, Canggu (as far west as the Canggu club), Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Denpasar, central Ubud and Padang Bai. Pick up time for Serangan departures will be approx 1 - 1 1/2 hours before departure time, and for Padang Bai approx 2-3 hours, but the exact time depends on your pick up location and will be confirmed closer to your date of travel. Pick up from outside the free areas will incur an extra charge, this is payable directly to Gili Gili on the day you travel. Depending on the location the extra charge will be 75,000 - 400,000 rps per car (max 4 pax). Complementary mineral water and face towels on board. Fast boat from Padang Bai to Lombok and the Gilis
Ombak Gili Express is a new Indonesian owned fast boat company that started in early 2014 and is now operated out of Padang harbour in east Bali.  The main difference between Ombak Gili and many of the other fast boat companies is that they leave from Gili Trawangan early in the morning heading back to Bali.
During peak season months they also have a second run with a late departure from Bali in the afternoon heading over to Gili. They also have one of the newest boats meaning everything is in great condition. Ombak Gili Express departs from Lombok at 08:00 in the morning and heads to Gili Air to pick up passengers, it then heads to Gili Trawangan.  Lombok to Gili Air and Gili Air to Gili Trawangan is a very short trip that takes about 5 minutes.  In Gili Trawangan they pick up passengers and then depart at 09:00. The crossing to Padang Bai takes about 1 1/2 hours in normal sea conditions from Gili Trawangan, slightly longer if the weather isn't great, arriving in Padang Bai at 10:30, which is about a 90 minute drive from Kuta area.  Free hotel transfers are included to most areas in South West Bali, see here for more information about free hotel transfer. Note: hotel transfers are not included in Lombok or the Gili Islands. Returning from Bali to Gili the fast boat then leaves from Padang Bai harbour at 11:30 and goes directly to Gili Trawangan to drop off passengers before heading to Gili Air and Lombok.  Arrival in Gili Trawangan is 13:00 - 13:15, arrival in Lombok is about 30 minutes later.
